In the summer months a reusable ice pack and insulated box are utilized. When your gift box arrives, the ice pack will be melted and the brownies will be warm. There is no loss of quality with warm brownies. Your Brownies can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival to cool them. Or, they can be enjoyed immediately.
